::
overview.:
Alatto
vConnect replaces the 'bring-bring' (or 'brrrrrrring') sound
heard before the call connects with a wide range of content
types including music, celebrity audio or movie clips, self
recorded-messages, sound effects, practical jokes etc. Since
specific content is easily configurable by the user in real
time
through multiple channels, the user is empowered with the
ultimate personalisation tool. In fact vConnect goes a step
further and enables the user to select specific audio content
determined by the individual calling. Unlike most telecoms
applications there are no phone compatibility issues, as the
application is loaded on the network not the phone.
::
enormous.revenue.potential.:
Launched in April 2002 in Korea a basic ring-back tones solution

::
painless.implementation.:
Typically deployment of a ring-back tone solution requires a
major investment in time and resources to upgrade key network
components at critical points throughout the system. In contrast
Alatto’s innovative architecture leverages on the OSA/Parlay
standards. vConnect is a scalable and reliable software based
solution.
:: unique.solution.:
Alatto enables the operator to respond quickly and easily
to new variations on the basic ring-back tone theme as they
evolve in the non-Asian market place. This includes upload of
user created content, optimisation of audio content to reduce
the quality deterioration of music over GSM. vConnect also supports
insertion of audio content before or during voice call as background
or as sound effects.
:: pre-packaged.content.bundles.:
With many years experience in the evolving mobile music industry
Alatto has built a network of contacts with copyright owners
and publishing organisations. Alatto offers a diverse range
of precleared audio content suitable for immediate deployment
from content owners such as Sony Music, Warner Music, Universal
Music, EMI Music, and associated publishing organisations. |
